World Of Warcraft Adventures

I have been playing World of Warcraft since the game first began 3 years ago. I have tried playing all the races and classes to get the full experience of the game. My wife often made fun of me, not sticking to one or two characters and creating and deleting until I got that "just right" look. I did the same with the various classes, leveling until the secondary area's quests were complete. I would start over and over. I also tried to keep 5 to 6 characters of different classes to cover all trade skills so I could keep a steady flow of created goods and consumables to all my characters such as potions and weapons. It is quite an undertaking but in the long run, worth it. It gives you a degree of self-suffiency. I was and still is great fun to do so.

I started with the Horde. I rather enjoyed the Undead characters, something you regularly don't get to do. They have also a very elaborate Capitol, the Undercity, which is a very cosy place to keep your coffin. I also tried the Orcs, Trolls, and Tauren, mostly to get experience with the classes not given to the Undead like Hunter and Shaman. I did keep my favorite Undead Ice-Talented Mage, who is my favorite. That changed however with the advent of the expansion, the Burning Crusade. The more attractive Blood Elves became my personal favorites. Their Capitol, Silvermoon City is quite beautiful with it's Arabian designs and colors. I am currently still playing a Hunter and Mage and thoroughly enjoying them.

I also tried all of the Alliance characters and classes. I tried the humans first, but since I AM human, I decided to go with trying the other races! I dabbled lightly with the Gnomes and Dwarves, not my playing style I guess. I played the Night Elves rather exclusively afterwards. I have a high level Hunter and Druid still. But again, I found my true calling when the Expansion gave the game the Draenei. My highest level character, a Draenei Shaman is by far my reatest match up of Race and Class.

The game has provided me much entertainment and fun over it's time. There is a lot of 3rd party leveling programs and Gold Farming techniques to avoid. It really takes away from the true fun and experience of the game. There are a few guides I have found that have helped in my journeys. If you would like more information, visit my website at http://uhorizons.com/EliteWow.html. It can save time on you running off and wasting hours chasing the wrong mobs and/or in the wrong areas. That gets to wear on you at times. It gives you good strategies on speeding up leveling if you chose to do so. Sometimes you just need a helping hand or some tips to guide you to the next level or completed quest. It's good to have a reference to go to.
